Stompin Bob Spotted on Club Penguin before the party starts!!!

Hey Penguins! Keppto here, and as you have probably heard from rumors going around, penguin band has been getting spotted all over the island. I personally thought it was fake until today, when I saw Stompin Bob waddling by adding penguins! This is truly amazing as you can see in the two pictures below!
